Gary has enjoyed over 25 years in the real estate industry. His early involvement with Jewel Food Stores in Chicago laid the foundation for a career in commercial real estate development. Over a decade ago, Gary founded RDC Company, a property development company, which evolved into EM Properties, Ltd., which specializes in retail, office, restaurant, and hotel development. The scope of Gary's retail development and leasing experience encompasses not only Central Illinois, but areas of Florida and Arizona. Gary is proud to be actively involved in East Peoria's continued growth and development. |

Terri Ault
Comptroller

Terri is a graduate of Bradley University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and is the Comptroller for EM Properties, Ltd. Her duties include the processing of payroll, accounts payables, accounts receivables and allocation of common area maintenance expenses. In addition Terri does financial forecasts to help assess the viability of a potential project. |

Matt Fick
General Manager

Matt joined EM Properties, Ltd in 2006 and brings extensive experience in economic development, including Tax Increment Finance Districts and Enterprise Zones, as well as construction, plan review and municipal government. He is responsible for managing daily operations, monitoring ongoing projects, advertising and promoting business and community relations. Matt is a graduate of Iowa State University with a B.S. in Community and Regional Planning and also has an MBA from Illinois State University. Prior to joining EM Properties he served as Director of Planning and Community Development for the City of East Peoria. Matt is active in the community and proud to be part of a team that works to promote East Peoria and the Central Illinois region. |

Jane Ohaver
Legal Counsel

Jane is a graduate of University of Illinois College of Law and has been in private practice since 1991. She specializes in residential and commercial real estate transactional work, including real estate development. Jane also owns and manages a real estate title company. She joined the EM Properties team in 2001 to provide legal guidance in all aspects of the company’s real estate development. She works closely with Gary and staff on a daily basis. |
